They never have discounts or coupons! Disappointed
Was told it would be around $120 for four animals of flea treatment (had already given all of the details like weight, age, breed etc.) Brought them in, animals seemed happy, all is well, and then they charged me $330 no explanation. This business has hidden fees everywhere and will not hesitate to price gauge you. Find somewhere else.
They did a great job with our cats and everyone I talked with was helpful, kind, and considerate. One cat had many knots and they explained that he needed a lion cut due to skin concerns, etc. This explanation was given before any cutting/shaving was done. They did a wonderful job with him. He returned to me a much happier cat, free from pain, super cuddly, and actually despite my reservations, looked great. My other cat only had a couple minimally troubled areas so they were able to assist her fully and she kept her full body of fur. They both came back smelling wonderfully and much cleaner than when they were dropped off. They were also really helpful working with my schedule. 8 paws up!
10/10 the manager is amazing, I highly recommend taking your pets there, definitely ask for the manager to take care of your pets, she's amazing!
With a 2.9 rating. You'd think they'd do something like offer discounts and free things.
There service is fine! Just Disappointed they dont do coupons for repeat customers, offer discounts and even give free treats etc. Do something for your repeat customers!!!!! Or after every 5 visits how about the 6th visit free... and so on. They keep asking the owners about discounts and military discounts and omg to give 10 percent off will break there pocket book. My God!!! Disappointed...
