I ordered white toast and got wheat.
It was late night early morning and although only one waitress was tending the entire floor. I still had my drink refilled often food delivered in a reasonable time. Food was cooked to order just right. Would recommend this place if you got some time in between your day if your really pressed for time Order something simple. Again food quality is great but takes a little time to do so.
Was given a seat after 10 min of waiting (plenty of seating available) then over 20 min before I had received a drink and that was only because the Host came by and got it for me. Then almost an hour later (1 1/2 hours total so far) I finally had my order taken. As a driver I just wanted to relax and enjoy an evening but holy f**k
Today 11/19/2017 wasnt a good day, Me and my family walk in to go eat some good food as always. And it wasnt as busy to were there are long lines and long waits. As we enter the people who seat you were both busy as one of them becomes available we patiently wait to be seated and she just looks at us and keeps minding her own business until she realizes we need some assistance, and thats fine but she could of asked if we needed any help to beguin with. So as she seats us we look over at what we want and again patiently wait for someone to take our order. A waitress walks by and me in hopes that she spotted us that we need some assistance. She walks over to a customer and gives him what he needs then we still wait for her to finish then she walks into the corner register and taks her phone out and does her business. She turned around a couple of times but still didnt take out order and as im about to ask if we can get our order taken she just walks past us. And we didnt even get to have a nice meal so we just left. Not only is that bad customer service but its a bit unsatisfying to were it makes you a bit upset, that makes me hope that the staff is better trained in customer service. I will continue to come, but its like i said today wasn't a good day.
I found ,what I am hoping, were a hair from a beard in my shake and in my country fried steak gravy. That's never a good thing.
Well to start with I couldn't understand our waitress, here accent was so heavy that she had to keep repeating herself over and over, that may just be me but it would seem as a waitress most should be able to understand you.
Had good service. The dishwasher mopped the floor and didn't place the caution signs up. When asked about it, he said it wasn't his job. So, don't go if the floors are wet and you don't see the signs up
My plate was taken from me without asking when I wasn't done yet. I can keep going but I think you guys get my point.
Where to begin, I have eaten here many times before and for the most part it was good. This trip however was a whole new experience.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but when they are earned then that's what I leave. So if you plan to stop in here I would think twice as there are several other options close bye.
I ordered two eggs over easy and I'm not sure how they were served but they were flat and rubbery like. Nothing like any sunny side up I have seen.
