After speaking with Scott for about 3 mins I decided I would try somewhere else. So rude, not to mention he is very condescending. Apparently he is not interested in answering any questions.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My insurance company set up a rental for me and when we contacted them the next day they were rude and crass. They wouldn't even look up the confirmation number I was given. I hung up and went to Enterprise, who were amazing. 4 days later Hertz called me and wanted to know when I was coming in lol. Yeah never gonna happen. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
The car was fine, but customer service is pretty bad. They are kind of pushy with their insurance and fuel options (insurance is overpriced and the fuel option is pretty much a scam). I tried getting help with cancelling the liability insurance during my rental, which of course "could not be done". If I have the option I won't use Hertz again, definitely not this location.
No waiting, got in and out with a better than reserved vehicle, very satisfied with my service, Scott was very polite and helpful.
Called them at 4:50PM. Scott said he was busy, closing at 5:30 to call back in the morning. Not even asking what I needed.
